Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped via domestic and international postal and arrive between 2-7 business days for domestic orders and 4-12 business days for international orders. All domestic orders provide tracking information as well as most international orders (there are some occasions where tracking for international orders cannot be acquired).

Orders ship within 24-48 hours, so please allow 1-2 business days before actual order arrival time estimate begins.

*The $3.95 shipping price refers to all Standard Domestic (USA) shipped orders without a definitive weight associated with the product. For example, a 30 count bottle of capsules has no definitive weight associated with it. However, a three pound tub of protein does have a weight and will have UPS rates applied in addition to the $3.95 price to cover our shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy:

Our order process is streamlined and your order is processed immediately with the manufacturer. We have a zero cancellation policy. Please see the return policy below.

International Orders:

It is your responsibility to research your country's foreign trade policy if you are living in any country other than the United States (where items are shipped from). If you have chosen to purchase from this site and are living outside of the United States, you acknowledge all risk associated with international customs processing. If the country being shipped to denies your order due to customs policy, you accept responsibility and cost for lost purchases.
 
Please note: SmartHealthShop.com cannot guarentee your shipment in place of the freight company; once the shipment leaves our facilities, the terms of shipment are FOB-SmartHealthShop.com: meaning liability and ownership of goods is transfered to the customer at this point. The reason for this policy is to allow for the processing of international orders while at the same time protecting SmartHealthShop.com from any untraceable claims that further puts our company at risk and would force the withdrawel of the allowance of international ordering.
 
If ordering from an international country, please understand the risks involved with any types of shipment. SmartHealthShop.com also reserves the right to deny orders from certain international countries at its own discretion in regards to fraud detection and prevention.

Return Policy:

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

* RMA number * Full name and address * Phone number * E-mail address * Packing slip * Original Order Confirmation Number * Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned and marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
